A heart-wrenching incident came to light in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. A one year old innocent boy who had come to attend a birthday function was beaten to death by a brute. After this he ran away from there. Police reached the spot after receiving information and detained the family of the accused for questioning. Police is looking for the accused.
The incident took place in Kashiram Colony of Sadar Kotwali area. Rinku, originally a resident of Tharauli Chandpur village of Etah district, is a truck driver. His friend Sonu’s brother-in-law Shivam lives in Kashiram Colony. Five days ago, Rinku’s wife Reena had come to Shivam’s house with her one year old son Aryan for the child’s birthday function.
Aryan was playing at home on Thursday morning. Then Shivam took the child with him to the terrace. There the child was brutally beaten. This left blue marks on his body. He died within some time. After this he came down wrapped in a towel. He laid me on the cot and went away.
When mother Reena saw the child’s blue body, she screamed. Immediately took him to the district hospital. After investigation here, the doctors declared him dead. Shivam’s mother Suman had also come along. On information, police also reached the spot. The victim Reena accused Shivam of killing the child. No one could give any information as to why he did this. Police have detained Shivam’s mother Suman for questioning.
