Manish ‘Veg Biryani’ shop was set up at Vijay Chowk in the city on Friday. When we reached the shop, Manish was surrounded from all sides. He was giving biryani to the customers one by one. While talking to Local18, Manish told that he is originally a resident of Kushinagar. Due to poor conditions at home, he could study only till 12th. Manish’s father runs a momo stall in Gorakhpur. Some time ago, when Manish used to make reels on Instagram, the family members used to do the data to earn a couple of paise. In such a situation, one day Manish came to Gorakhpur angry at home. Then he borrowed some money and started the business of ‘Veg Biryani’.

After reaching Manish’s shop, many customers were present there. Some of them talked to us and told that after watching Manish’s reel, they had come to the biryani shop. But after eating the biryani, his review was such that his biryani is better than Manish’s reel. Half plate biryani for Rs 30 and full plate biryani for Rs 60 gets finished in just 4 hours. Every day, Manish sells more than 200 plates of biryani. Manish prepares all this with his own hands. All the biryani is finished between 10 am to 2 pm. Still many customers have to be sent back.
