If you are eating food late at night then you can become a victim of serious problems. Eating food late at night can cause metabolic problems. In most of the studies, experts say that dinner should be eaten by 6-7 pm. One should walk for at least 10-15 minutes after eating. This helps in saving carbohydrates.

3. Keep doing physical activity

If you want to avoid diabetes or control blood sugar, you should change your lifestyle. Keep yourself physically active. Do not work sitting for many hours, not exercising increases the risk of diabetes. In such a situation, exercise for at least 40 minutes every day.
