Ingredients for Peanut Til Laddu
White Sesame – 1 cup
Peanuts – 1 cup
Almonds – 1/2 cup
Sugar powder – 2 cups
Desi ghee – 1/2 cup
Cream – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

How to make Peanut Sesame Ladoo
To make peanut-sesame laddoos, first put sesame seeds in a pan and roast them on a low flame. Sesame seeds have to be roasted till their color turns light brown. After this, take out the sesame seeds in a vessel. Then put peanuts in the pan and roast them. When the peanuts are roasted, turn off the gas and put the peanuts in the mixer and grind them coarsely. Now take out the grains in a bowl.

After grinding peanuts, put almonds in the jar and grind them coarsely. After this, take roasted sesame seeds and after taking out some sesame seeds, put the remaining sesame seeds in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely and after grinding, take them out in a vessel. Now put half a cup of desi ghee in a pan and heat it. When the ghee becomes hot and melts, add coarsely ground almonds and roast while stirring.

After roasting the almond powder till it turns light brown, add coarse peanut powder to it and mix and roast both. When the peanuts are well roasted, turn off the gas and take them out in a big bowl. Now add coarsely ground sesame seeds to this mixture and mix. When the mixture cools down, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix.

When the mixture cools down, add 2 tbsp cream to it and mix it with the help of hands. After this the laddoos of the mixture are ready. Now take a little mixture in your hands and tie its laddus while pressing. When the laddoos are tied, wrap them in whole roasted sesame seeds and keep them aside in a plate. Similarly prepare all the laddoos one by one from the peanut-sesame mixture. After the laddoos are set, store them in an airtight container.
