All types of pickles are famous in different areas, to buy such famous pickles, crowds of people are gathering at Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur, where the National Sahakar Masala Fair 2024 is being organized. Where people from different districts of India and Rajasthan have come with the famous spices along with the famous pickles, for whose purity and taste people come here even in summer. In this fair, there are stalls of spicy pickles prepared in famous areas of Rajasthan.
In the Masala Mela being held at Jawahar Kala Kendra, famous pickles of not only Jaipur but also small cities of entire Rajasthan are available at one place, which include delicious pickles like mango, amla, chilli, mango pickle, bitter gourd pickle, carrot, tomato, radish, fenugreek, bitter gourd, ginger, turmeric. Nilesh Kakani, who has come from Bhilwara, says that he has been making pickles for 15 years and his pickles are in demand even abroad. Nilesh says that all types of pickles here are prepared with pure homemade spices and different types of good quality oil, which makes them taste amazing. Similarly, traders making famous pickles from every region of Rajasthan have come here to the fair with their pickles and people are also buying pickles in large numbers.
Special things are available in the fair for summer
In view of the summer season, apart from spices and spicy items, Thandai, Sherbet and such things are also present in the Masala Fair which provide relief in the summer. Let us tell you that this Masala Fair running at Jawahar Kala Kendra will continue till 28th May, this fair is held daily. It is open from 10 am to 10 pm, the fair has all kinds of facilities for the people to escape from the heat and free entry and vehicle parking facilities are also available in the fair.
