Divyansh Chaudhary, grandson of former Agra minister Chaudhary Udaybhan Singh, has not got relief from the High Court for the second time. The High Court has rejected the petition challenging the murderous attack case. The earlier order has been asked to be implemented. Under this, Divyansh had to surrender in the court within three weeks.

On April 15, an attempt was made to crush shoe businessman Vivek Mahajan and his daughter with a car on Rishi Marg in Shahganj. The incident was captured on CCTV camera. The police had registered a case against Divyansh under the section of attempted murder. A reward of 25 thousand was declared on the accused Divyansh for not being arrested. His car was recovered from the house of a former minister. After this, Divyansh filed a petition in the High Court to avoid arrest. The High Court heard the petition on May 17. The accused’s lawyer withdrew the application for anticipatory bail at the last moment. He had demanded relief.

The High Court had ordered the accused to surrender in the local court within three weeks. It was also written in the order that the police will not take any action during this period. The accused had to surrender in the local court. After this, Divyansh’s lawyer filed a second petition in the High Court. It was heard on Friday. The lawyer challenged the case of murderous attack. The accused’s petition was rejected. The order to surrender the accused in the Agra court has been kept intact.
