How to make Kadhai Baby Corn Paneer
To make the flavourful Kadhai Baby Corn Paneer, first of all take the paneer. Now cut it into pieces. After this, if you want, you can fry the paneer or keep it without frying. Now put oil in a pan, fry the long cut baby corn pieces on high flame for 5-7 minutes. After this, add 1 onion and capsicum chopped into thick pieces and fry them too. After frying for 5 minutes, add a little salt to it and turn off the gas. Now in another pan, dry roast coriander, cumin, red and black pepper on low flame. After this, grind this mixture of spices well in a mixer while it is dry.

Now add the remaining oil in the pan. Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 minute, then add grinded onion and tomato. After frying onion-tomato on low flame for 10 minutes, add turmeric, ground spice mixture, cashew paste and curd and stir on low flame. Add salt and now mix roasted baby corn, capsicum and onion in the gravy. Finally add paneer pieces and kasuri methi and cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes and turn off the gas.
