A journalist committed suicide in Buxar. Before dying, he came live on his social media page. He said that I am fed up with my life. That is why I am going to commit suicide. The deceased was identified as Hari Pathak (50), son of Chandrashekhar Pathak. After the incident, there was a stir in the area. A crowd of people gathered around. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started investigating. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem.
I came live and said- I am going to commit suicide
Dumra DSP Afaque Akhtar Ansari said that the matter of suicide is coming to the fore. Information is being taken from the family members. Further action is going on in the case. It is being told that Hari Pathak was a journalist in a TV channel. He used to do journalism while living in Ara. His family used to live in the Brahmapur police station area. Hari had also come to his home. Before committing suicide late on Sunday night, Hari came live on Facebook and informed his friends and well-wishers about it and told that he is upset with his life and that is why he is going to commit suicide.
He got divorced from his wife after a dispute
Family members say that Hari was married and had a son, but after a dispute with his wife, he got divorced. A few months ago, the police arrested him and his father and sent them to jail on charges of firing in a land dispute. After being released from jail, he was struggling with the problems of his life. Meanwhile, on Sunday night, he committed suicide by hanging himself in his room. After the incident, the family members are inconsolable.
