Prashant Kishore: Political strategist Prashant Kishor admitted after the Lok Sabha election results that there must have been some weakness in my assessment. My assessment is flawed

However, in an interview to BBC, Prashant Kishor said that there must have been some weakness in my assessment. This is the result of that. Prashant had based his assessment on the lead in the southern and eastern states, but that did not happen. However, the vote share that BJP got in 2019 is 0.7 percent less. Due to which BJP lost 20 percent seats.

He said that I believe that the aim of those who were against BJP was to stop BJP by any means. Somewhere BJP people were assuming that BJP will get 400. During this, Prashant gave the example of PM Modi’s Varanasi Lok Sabha seat and said that his own share has decreased by 2 to 3 percent since 2014. Whereas, this time his rival Ajay Rai has got 41 percent votes.

Many surveyors have made mistakes- Prashant Kishore

Political strategist Prashant Kishor admitted that my assessment was wrong this time, but I was 20 percent away from my target because I gave 300 seats to BJP, but BJP got only 240 seats. He said that I made the assessment based on data but many surveyors have made mistakes behind this.
