Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, after a break of nine days, will again set out on his mission of Bharat Jodo Yatra from Tuesday amidst the bitter cold. He will start the journey from Hanuman Mandir in Marghat located on Ring Road. After covering a distance of about 10 kilometers in Delhi, he will enter Uttar Pradesh from the Loni border. He is likely to complete the yatra in Srinagar by the end of this month.
Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra will start from Hanuman Mandir in Marghat at 9.30 am on Tuesday. However, he will reach the starting point of the yatra at nine in the morning itself. Will offer prayers at Hanuman temple before starting the journey. After this, the journey will start with more than two hundred Bharat Yatris and thousands of state Congress leaders and workers. The yatra will reach Loni border via old iron bridge via Shastri Park, Gandhi Nagar, Dharampur, Seelampur, Jaffrabad, Maujpur, Gokulpuri and from there enter Uttar Pradesh.
All the big leaders of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee will welcome Rahul Gandhi’s visit at Loni border. During this, State Congress President Anil Kumar will hand over the yatra flag to Uttar Pradesh Congress President. After this process is completed at the border, Rahul Gandhi will start the journey.
The journey was given a break in Delhi on the 108th day
Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra from Kanyakumari to Srinagar reached Delhi on 24 December, the 108th day. On this day his yatra had entered Delhi from Haryana through Badarpur border. After traveling about 21 kilometers in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi announced a nine-day break in front of the Red Fort. In fact, it had been a long time since the Indian pilgrims accompanying them from the beginning had returned from home. Apart from this, there was a need to service the containers involved in the journey. During these nine days, the Indian passengers have returned from their homes and the containers have been repaired.
