A young man died after falling from a moving bike in Nalanda. The incident took place near Rukhai Nawada Hathkatta turn under Chandi police station area. The deceased has been identified as Kaushalendra Kumar, 28-year-old son of Vinod Kumar, a resident of Lalganj in Chandi police station area. The family reached Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital on Thursday morning for the post-mortem of the body.
Regarding the incident, the family of the deceased said that Kaushalendra Kumar had gone to Hilsa on Wednesday on a bike with a friend from his village. While returning from there, he died under suspicious circumstances. The bike rider came home and informed that Kaushalendra Kumar fell from the bike at a turning near Rukhai Nawada Hathkattha turn. Due to which he died. After giving information about the incident, the youth went missing.
The family suspects that Kaushalendra’s friend has committed some kind of crime against him. Kaushalendra used to work in Bajaj Syndicate. There is chaos among the family members after this incident.
Chandi police station chief Ravindra Kumar said that the family of the deceased informed him about the incident. After this, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Kaushalendra Kumar was going to Hilsa with his friend from the village on Wednesday. Meanwhile, he fell from the bike. At present, no application has been received from the family. Further action will be taken on receiving the application. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem. The police have started investigating the entire case. The youth was brought to the police station in a drunken state once or twice before this. He was also a drug addict.
