On one hand, the opposition is attacking the ruling party over the deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar. On the other hand, the ruling party is talking about controlling the criminals. But in such a situation, many pictures are coming out which are enough to raise questions on law and order. In such a situation, it can be said that now the criminals have become completely fearless. The latest case has come to light from Bhagwanpur police station area of Begusarai district, where criminals have tried to spread terror by firing continuously in public. However, in the said case, the villagers chased and caught two criminals, who were handed over to the police after beating them.
According to the information, in Banauli village of Bhagwanpur police station area, anti-social elements and criminals were constantly committing incidents like molestation of girls. The villagers had gathered at one place to hold a panchayat regarding this. Banauli resident Ram Pukar Mahato was also called in it. During this, Ram Pukar Mahato had strongly opposed the said incident and raised the matter of complaining to the police regarding the criminals. Angered by this, about a dozen criminals gathered at the spot and started firing to spread terror. Thankfully, Ram Pukar Mahato saved his life by running away.
At the same time, dozens of villagers gathered after hearing the gunshot and the noise, seeing whom the criminals fled from the spot. But the villagers chased them and caught Gulshan Kumar, a resident of Banauli and Rupesh Kumar, a resident of Jhora village of Vibhutipur police station area of Samastipur district and beat them up badly. After that the villagers handed over both the criminals to the police.
It is being told that the villagers also recovered a pistol and cartridges from the spot, which were handed over to the police. In such a situation, many questions are also being raised whether the fear of police has completely vanished from the minds of the criminals. In such a situation, it can be said that the way the villagers took the law in their hands and caught the criminals, a big incident like mob lynching could also have come to the fore. At present, it can be said that due to the failure of the police, now the villagers themselves are forced to take the law in their hands and catch the criminals. At present, both the criminals who were arrested and Preet Ram Pukar Mahato are undergoing treatment at the local PHC. The police have started investigating the whole matter.
