In Shivrajpur village under Kuchaykot police station area of Gopalganj district of Bihar, a dispute broke out between two parties due to a goat entering the field. The dispute escalated to such an extent that both the parties started fighting. In this incident, a woman died under suspicious circumstances. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took the body into custody and sent it to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased has been identified as Ramvati Devi (49), wife of late Vidya Kushwaha, a resident of Shivrajpur village under Kuchaykot police station area of the district.
Neighbor attacked with kicks and punches
According to the information, the goat of deceased Ramvati Devi, a resident of Shivrajpur village, had gone to the field of her Patidar Ram Ayodhya Kushwaha. First there was abuse between the two parties regarding this matter. Then the incident of assault took place. The family members of the deceased allege that the neighbor attacked the woman with kicks and punches, due to which she died. The police got the post-mortem done in Sadar Hospital and handed over the body to the family members.
Fear of death due to heart attack
Meanwhile, in this case, Kuchaykot police station in-charge Sunil Kumar said that there was a dispute between two women over the goat going into the field. Meanwhile, one woman has died. Prima facie, it is suspected that she died due to a heart attack. At present, no application has been given by the family. On receiving the application and on the basis of the post-mortem report, the case will be investigated and further action will be taken.
