A car and a scooter collided on the service road of Bhagwan Talkies’ Khandari in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The car driver beat up the student riding the scooter. On receiving information from his son, his father, a former army man who works as a bank guard, reached there. He beat the accused with the butt of a gun. The video of this went viral. The police took both the parties to the police station. There, a written complaint was taken only from the henchman of the car contractor.
Ankit, a resident of Murali Vihar in Shahganj, is preparing for NDA. He told that he was going home from coaching at 3 pm on Saturday. On the way, a car belonging to a person from Galana hit his scooter. It is alleged that the driver of the car got down and beat up Ankit.
On this he called his father. Father Sovindra Singh is a former soldier. He is a security guard in a bank. He came and tried to convince the attackers. It is alleged that the attacker tried to snatch his gun. On this he beat him with the butt. It is alleged that two policemen had come to the spot first. They took Manish’s car and went away.
ACP Taj Security Syed Areeb Ahmed said that in the video, the former soldier is seen beating with the butt of the gun. The gun was loaded. A bullet could have been fired. On this basis, a case is being registered on the complaint of Manish Mishra. CCTV footage is being checked to find out whether the student was beaten up or not. If Manish has beaten him, a case will be registered against him as well.
