Application has to be done online
If your PAN card is lost or stolen, then you can get a duplicate PAN card made online. For this, first of all you have to go to the official website of NSDL onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html. After this a page will open in front of you. In which you will have to enter your PAN card number, your Aadhaar card number and your date of birth. After this you will have to tick the box below and then after validating the captcha, you will have to click on submit.
Fee will have to be paid 50 rupees
After completing this process, you will have to enter your address. The address where you want to get the PAN card. After this, you will have to verify your address. For which you will receive an OTP on your email ID or on your registered number. After entering it, your address will be verified. After this, you will have to make an online payment. Let us tell you that for a duplicate PAN card, you have to pay Rs 50.
It will be delivered in a few days
After making the online payment, you will return to the PAN card site. Here you will get a receipt which you have to keep carefully. Because it will have a reference number. With which you will be able to check the status of your PAN card. Within a few days your duplicate PAN card will be delivered to your given address through Indian Post.
