On Monday, the body of a young man tied in a cloth was found in a drain in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. A rope was tied around his neck. There were blood marks on his face. On receiving the information, police officers reached the spot with a team. Police inspected the spot and gathered information. Police is scanning the CCTV cameras of the expressway.
The incident took place near Yamuna Expressway Jharna Nala in Etmadpur police station area. The body of a young man was found in the drain built on the side of the service road here. The body was wrapped in clothes and car seat cover. On receiving the information, the inspector reached with the force. The bundle of clothes was taken out. The age of the young man is estimated to be 35 years.
Inspector Vijay Vikram Singh said that a plastic rope was wrapped around the neck of the youth. This had left deep marks on the neck. There were marks of injury and blood on one hand and face. He was wearing black pants and vest. A slip of paper was found in the cloth in which he was wrapped. Nandlal Sharma is written on it. The slip of paper is from a weighing machine in Faridabad.
However, the vehicle number is not written on it. Dupattas have also been found in the pot. The deceased is handicapped in his legs. On receiving information about the incident, DCP Sonam Kumar, ACP Dr Sukanya Sharma, SOG, Surveillance Team also reached there. Police is scanning the CCTV cameras installed on the expressway. Efforts are being made to identify him.
