That too not of one or two kilos but of a full 7 kilos which is not only the biggest kulfi of Bikaner but of Rajasthan and perhaps the country. People are surprised to see this kulfi and everyone’s mouth is watering.
7 kg Kulfi
Dharmendra Agrawal said that this ice cream has been made keeping in mind the scorching heat. It is the biggest ice cream of Bikaner. This kulfi has been made with the desire to do something new. Dharmendra said that he has made two kulfis of seven kilos each. One kulfi is 2 feet long. This is a funny kulfi, it is fun to eat and also drives away the heat. Not just one person, but two to three people can eat this one kulfi together.
A kulfi made in two days
Dharmendra told that he has made Kulfi of two different flavours. It took him two days to make it. One is Orange Kulfi, in which orange colour, sugar, lemon juice has been added. The other is Sweet and Sour Kulfi. Pineapple syrup, sugar, colour has been added to it.
15 kg samosa, 56 kg tikki
Dharmendra is known for his strange experiments in food. Earlier also he has made a 15 kg samosa. Apart from this, he has made many items like 151 types of golgappas, 56 kg potato tikki and 51 types of kanji bada. Through golgappas, he also gave the message of voter awareness during elections.
