This is how special pakoras are made
First of all, a mixture of onion, moong dal, water, chilli, coriander, spinach and other vegetables is finely chopped and then mixed in the moong dal paste. After this, the spices prepared earlier are added. It is fried for some time in pure oil. When its color becomes light red, it is taken out from the oil and served with chutney.
