Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that honoring teachers is honoring the present and future generation of the country. A teacher’s ultimate duty is to awaken human sensibilities in children. He said that we have to make the art of teaching more entertaining through small proverbs, and new research is also needed in this field continuously. CM Yogi was addressing the Teacher Honor Ceremony at the prestigious educational institution CMS located in Gomti Nagar Extension on Saturday.
The Chief Minister paid his humble tribute to the memories of CMS founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi. The CM also praised CMS founder and chairman Dr Bharti Gandhi for coming from Aligarh along with Dr Jagdish Gandhi and planting this huge banyan tree in the state capital Lucknow. He said that today this banyan tree is providing shade to thousands of students. The Chief Minister said that Dr Bharti Gandhi has made CMS a prestigious educational institution of the state. The Chief Minister said that Dr Jagdish Gandhi was a person who never gave up even in adverse circumstances. The CM also discussed his relationship with Dr Jagdish Gandhi.

The Chief Minister said that respecting teachers is respecting our present and future life. Respecting those who are building the future of the country is a matter of respect in itself. He said that solving problems related to the education system is hard work. Hard work is the only way to get inner happiness. Teachers will have to take care of how students can be taken away from boring classes and taken towards entertaining education.
New research will have to be done in the art of teaching. Care will have to be taken to ensure that children can easily grasp education. CM Yogi also discussed his student life and said that we will have to make education entertaining through small proverbs. Children will have to be prepared for healthy competition, and their abilities will also have to be taken care of. We will have to gradually prepare children for competition so that they are not forced.
The Chief Minister said that CMS has an experienced leadership. Thousands of families send their children to CMS without hesitation, because they know that the education given here will create a bright future for their children. He said that it is a good thing that we make our children IAS and IPS, but it is even more important that our children become good patriotic citizens. We have to awaken human sensibilities in children. The Chief Minister thanked the CMS management committee for the program. He also expressed hope that the students coming out of CMS will create an impact of their talent in the country and the world. On this occasion, teachers of CMS and officials associated with the management committee were present.
