In Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, when the police arrested a quarreling youth and started sending him to jail under a new section, the accused got furious. He accused the police of implicating him in a false section. Later, when the police informed him that the section has been changed in the new law, he calmed down. This incident was discussed among the police.
Advocate Manoj Yadav, resident of Nagla Rate village of Kotwali area, informed the police that miscreants are forcibly occupying his house and constructing a house. The case of this house is going on in the court. Now Madhavendra and Vijendra, residents of Nagla Rate, want to forcibly occupy the house.
They have started the construction work. On this complaint, when the Kotwali sub-inspector Yogesh Kumar reached the spot on Monday, the accused Madhavendra and Vijendra were ready for a fight. Even after the police explained, they were threatening to occupy the land illegally. The situation was tense at the spot.
Due to the possibility of a fight, the police arrested Madhavendra and Vijendra. The police brought them to the police station. The sub-inspector started action against both of them under Section 170 of the Indian Civil Defense Code. As soon as they came to know about Section 170, the accused got furious. They said that the section for disturbing peace is 151. Why are the police implicating them in a false case. On this, the police informed them about the new law and calmed them down.
