She shared this information on Instagram. The actress told that after attending an award function, she had gone for chemotherapy. She shared her video from the hospital.

While sharing the video, Hina wrote in the caption, ‘I attended the event and went straight to the hospital for my first chemo. I humbly request everyone to first normalize the challenges in their lives. Then set a target for yourself and try to achieve it. It doesn’t matter how difficult it is. Never bow down. Never give up.’
