Before the anniversary of the suicide attack in Ayodhya, strict security arrangements have been made in all the sensitive areas of Ayodhya. Before the anniversary of the terrorist attack on Thursday, the security of the red zone i.e. Ramjanmabhoomi complex has been tightened. Apart from this, intensive search operations are being carried out by putting up barriers at other places in Ayodhya. Along with all this, the local intelligence system and police department officials are also keeping a special eye on the people staying in hotels and dharamshalas.

Let us tell you that on 5 July 2005, there was a suicide attack on the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. During this incident, all five terrorists involved in the attack were killed by the security forces. Friday is the 19th anniversary of this attack, in view of which the central agencies have instructed the UP police to be fully alert. In this sequence, before the anniversary of the attack, security of other places including the acquired premises of Ayodhya has been increased from Thursday evening itself.

Along with this, instructions have been issued to the soldiers deployed in the premises to be extra vigilant. According to police officials, vehicles coming to Ayodhya are being searched. The intelligence department team along with the bomb squad is searching hotels, dharamshalas, bus stands and railway stations. Along with this, strict vigil is also being kept on monasteries, temples and other public places.
