The same happens with 35-year-old Brandon Miles May of America. Even at this age, he looks so young that strangers often mistake him for a teenager. And now he has revealed his secrets of looking young.

May has had it’s share of disadvantages. She’s often stopped by airport security. Strangers think she’s still a kid. And now she’s revealed her anti-ageing secrets. Her anti-ageing methods began when Brandon was just 13, when she started a skincare routine and generally tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Since then, Brandon, from Detroit, Michigan, wears sunscreen daily, covers his skin when going outside and has never drunk a drop of alcohol in his life. He also eats a diet of fresh fruit, plant-based foods and fish, which he says makes him feel as young as he did 10 years ago. “I’ve stayed out of the sun my whole life. I wear hoodies and use body shields on the back of my hands to avoid the sun,” he says.

Brandon, who also owns a medical communications business, says his skincare routine and lifestyle are simple but effective. He has always loved the taste of healthy food. At age 15, he started making some dietary changes, such as adding green tea and more plant-based foods. At age 19, he cut out sugar, grains, and carbohydrates and now eats organic food and lots of low-mercury fish.

Brandon says he “invests” time in himself, saying, “I keep my workouts moderate and light — walking, yoga and some strength training. I eat chocolate every day. I have 92 percent to 100 percent cacao. It’s very bitter.”
