The son accused of murdering his parents and innocent niece in Vikas Nagar of Gandhi Park area in Aligarh has been convicted. On July 11, the court of ADJ-8 Abhishek Kumar Bagaria gave this verdict and fixed July 16 for hearing on the point of punishment. Let us tell you that this brutal murder was committed in a dispute related to property division and after committing the crime, the accused himself reached the police station.
The incident is of 25 July 2022. In Vikasnagar, son Saurabh killed his retired ADO Panchayat father Om Prakash (62), mother Somvati (60) and niece by hitting them with a hammer and brick over property. After this, the accused himself reached the police station. The police arrested the accused and recovered the brick and hammer used in the murder. A case was registered on the complaint of elder brother Rameshwar Dayal and a charge sheet was filed in seven days. In this incident, it was revealed that the younger son had fallen into bad company and he was pressurizing his father to give money to open a gym. The father was ignoring him.
In this anger, he first killed his parents in the house and then killed his three year old niece Falguni alias Shiva who was playing near them. However, after the incident, he was going to kill his sister-in-law who was living in another part of the house. But seeing the people, he did not go there and went straight to the police station. Meanwhile, when the sister-in-law saw her daughter, she was sobbing. She was taken to the medical college. Where she was declared dead.
