I got pregnant at the beginning of the shooting and by the time the shooting of this film was over, I was three months pregnant. My perfect figure was also about to be ruined and the crew tried hard to hide my stomach in creative shots.’
Zeenat Aman further said, ‘In some scenes of the film, I had to do horse riding and this used to be a matter of worry for me. My husband Mazhar Khan also appeared in this film. He supported me a lot and finally the shooting was over and my pregnancy was also not affected in any way. The only sadness was that even after so much hard work, the film flopped.’

The story of the film Daku Haseena, directed by Ashok Rao, revolves around Roopa (Zeenat Aman). Some landlords of the village kill Roopa’s parents and despite a lot of efforts, the culprits roam free. After this, teenager Roopa meets the dreaded dacoit Mangal Singh (Rajinikanth) and after listening to her sad story, he decides to train her. Gradually, Roopa becomes Daku Haseena and then takes revenge from those goons for the murder of her parents.
