Private schools in the capital on Friday released the list of children who have applied for nursery admission. This list has been released after analyzing the application form and shortlisting the children. By looking at the list, parents are getting to know that how many children have applied for how many seats. Along with the list some schools have also started releasing the schedule of document verification.
The Directorate of Education had asked the schools to issue a list of the names of the children who applied by Friday. After this the schools released the list after analyzing the application forms received. Sardar Patel Vidyalaya has released the name list of 667 children, Mount Abu School has released the name list of more than 2000 children while ASN Senior Secondary School has also released the name list of children with application numbers. Along with these schools, the list was also released late in the evening by other schools.
Now before issuing the first list on January 20, the schools have to issue the list of children on January 13 based on the marks obtained in the admission criteria. In this, the schools will release the list on the basis of which child gets the marks out of the admission criteria of 100 marks. Since there are many applicants for each nursery seat, most schools will also hold a lottery for admission. By January 13, many parents will also get an idea of their child’s admission.
At the same time, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya started calling parents for document verification from Friday itself. Parents have been called on January 7 as well. Schools verify the documents during the verification process. By Monday, many other schools will release their verification schedule. Many schools call for document verification based on the marks obtained on the basis of admission criteria.
