what is the eligibility
For the exam for the post of primary teacher, 12th pass candidates who have one year diploma in special education, community based rehabilitation or related field can apply. For the post of upper primary teacher, graduates who have two years diploma in elementary education or B.Ed can apply. The minimum age limit is 18 years, there is no maximum age limit.
How much will the fee be
To apply, candidates of the general category will have to pay a fee of Rs 1300 separately for both paper one and paper two. If you are applying for both papers, then you will have to pay a fee of Rs 1500. For the reserved category, it is Rs 700 and Rs 800 respectively. There will be a discount in the fee according to the rest of the categories, you can check its details from the website.
What will be the exam pattern
Jharkhand TET exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode. There is no negative marking and multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam. The exam paper will be available in both Hindi and English languages and if we talk about the duration, the exam will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
