Father disconnected the call saying it was a wrong number

The accused had said that the girl would die during the rape
Here, in the FIR lodged on the application of the girl’s mother, three named and two unknown persons were accused. Police had arrested one accused Guddu Sah from Sitamarhi district in this case. The surprising thing is that he had also confessed his crime. Guddu Sah had told the police in his statement that he along with his four friends raped the girl during which she died. Then all of us together wrapped her body in her own dupatta and threw it in the Dhanauti river. After this, due to police raid, one accused Ranjan Paswan surrendered in the court and Naushad Raja was arrested by the police. People say that there are many loopholes in the police theory as well.
