Shocking pictures have come from Prabhunath College Parsa, an affiliated unit of Jai Prakash University, established in Chapra, Bihar, in the name of Lok Nayak Jaiprakash Narayan. These pictures are not of a mass feast held in a wedding or any other type of program, but these are of the examination of the first section of graduation session 2023-2027 in Jaiprakash University Chapra. This picture related to the graduate level examination by sitting on a table and chair is telling that the current Vice Chancellor and Controller of Examinations are proving to be completely unsuccessful in establishing the system at the examination center of Prabhunath College (PN College) Parsa, an affiliated unit of JP University.

Observer Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sudhanshu posted at the examination center on behalf of the university said that the examination is being conducted under the MDC of the new education policy. In this, the student has the freedom to study any subject along with any other subject. 1507 boys and girls from two colleges have appeared for the examination at this examination center. The examination is being conducted by setting up tents for the students to sit and arranging tables and chairs under the trees in the college campus.
