According to a report in Economic Times, Aryan Khan has bought two properties in a building in Panchsheel Park, Delhi, where Shah Rukh Khan already has the ground floor and basement. According to reports, Aryan Khan has bought these two floors in May 2024 for Rs 37 crore. For this, Aryan has also paid stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore. Let us tell you that this building holds sentimental value for the Khan family. Actually, Shah Rukh and Gauri used to live here in the early days of their marriage and it has been designed by Aryan’s mother Gauri Khan herself.
Suhana Khan also bought properties
Shahrukh Khan He knows how to invest money well. His children are also following in the footsteps of their superstar father. Like Aryan, Suhana Khan has also made several real estate investments in the last few months. In January 2023, Suhana bought farmland worth Rs 12.91 crore in Alibaug.
