He wrote- “I am looking for good candidates for Grump India. In all the applications I get, either people with less experience ask for more money, or there are people who do not want to work as hard as we need, however, the company is also ready to train them and make them suitable for the job. But today something very strange happened.” Sanen told that he had scheduled a Google Meet video interview. The candidate had applied for the post of social media executive. But there was not enough information in the CV, so that Sanen could be sure whether the candidate should be made an executive or kept as an intern for some time. He had organized a video interview to know this.

The candidate joined after turning off the camera. So Sanen interrupted him and asked him to turn on the camera. So he told that his camera is not turning on due to the software of his phone. When both of them talked about this on the chat, the candidate also got angry and used abusive language. Sanen was very shocked to hear this. She also shared the screenshot. People are supporting her on this post and they say that such people should not be given jobs.
