These posts are of Mate (Mines), Blaster (Mines), Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Turner, Welder Gas and Electric, Electrician, Draughtsman, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Surveyor, Carpenter, Plumber, Horticulture Assistant, Instrument Mechanic, Solar Technician etc.
Who can apply
To apply for these posts, it is necessary that the candidate has passed the 10th or 12th examination from a recognized board. Along with this, he should also have an ITI certificate in the relevant field for the vacancy he wants to apply for. Talking about the age limit, it has been fixed from 18 to 25 years. Reserved category will get relaxation in age limit as per government rules.
How will the selection be done
The special thing about these vacancies is that candidates do not have to give any kind of exam for them, rather they will be selected on the basis of merit. 10th and ITI marks will be seen and the list will be prepared on their basis. Talking separately, 70% weightage will be given to 10th marks and 30% weightage to the related ITI diploma. For some posts, total weightage will be given only to 10th marks. If the age of two candidates is the same, then the one who is older will be given preference.
