A trainee doctor was raped and murdered in Kolkata, West Bengal. Resident doctors and MBBS students in Firozabad district of UP are angry against this. On Tuesday, MBBS students along with junior and senior resident doctors of the autonomous medical college protested. They observed silence for the peace of the soul of the deceased doctor. They also made posters and raised slogans demanding strict action against the culprits.
On Tuesday at 10:30, doctors, JR, SR and MBBS students gathered at the 200-bed hospital. With the slogan ‘No safety, no duty’, justice was demanded for the deceased doctor. Professors of the medical college and HODs of various departments participated in the protest.
