He liked this adventure so much that now he goes to live on a ship for a few months every year. He has claimed that living on a ship is cheaper than living in a rented house.

According to the report of The Sun website, 48-year-old Kevin Martin, who lives in Missouri, America, was earlier a lawyer. He loves military adventures. In the year 2019, he decided that he would leave his 9 to 5 job and live on a cruise. He will document his life on a cruise through video. Kevin left home and lived on a cruise ship for 1 year. Cruise ships are those in which all the arrangements for food and accommodation are made and people travel the world through the ship.

Spent life on a ship for 1 year
He broke down his experience and expenses of staying on a cruise ship and through that told others how cheap staying on a cruise is. He has started liking staying on a cruise so much that he now goes on a cruise for a few months every year. In March 2024, he has visited places like St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Grand Cayman, and Aruba. In the month of March this year, he spent a total of Rs 1.7 lakh. Out of which he spent Rs 1.1 lakh on accommodation and exclusive buffet dinner.

He also spent Rs 9,000 on phones, Rs 4,400 on insurance, and Rs 2,000 on health care. Because of his veteran status, he got credit for spending on the ship. Apart from this, he spent wisely, due to which he got many things for free on the cruise. He spent Rs 2300 on his food in addition to his package. After he had the experience of staying on a ship for 1 year, he decided that he would stay on a cruise for only 3 months at a time. Now he likes staying on a cruise more than flying.
