This unique case is from Colombia. This 39 year old woman named Martha is already raising 19 children alone and still wants to have more children. 17 of her children are not yet 18 years old and she wants to keep doing this work until her body no longer supports her.
The strangest thing is that Martha is calling it a profitable business. She says that practically being a mother is like a business. And she will continue to have children, while “the current crop will leave the house when they grow up”. On the indifference of the fathers, he says that they are all irresponsible.

Martha says that she gets financial assistance from the government for every child and this motivates her to have more children. The government helps Martha in raising each child. He says that he gets around Rs 6300 for the eldest child and around Rs 2500 for the youngest.
Every month the Government of Colombia gives about 42 thousand rupees to Mart. Martha even gets help from the local church and neighbors. But 19 children have to face a lot of problems living in the same three-bedroom house and sometimes she is not even able to feed all the children a full meal. Still, Martha says that until it becomes impossible to have more children, she will keep doing so because it is beneficial to her.
