Incident in Kalyanpuri area, two attackers arrested

New Delhi. A young man was stabbed to death in Kalyanpuri area due to a rivalry. After stabbing him, the attackers crushed his head with a stone. He was undergoing treatment at GTB Hospital, and died on Monday morning. Police have registered a case of murder and arrested two accused. The deceased has been identified as Rohit. He lived in Block 18 of Kalyanpuri. Apart from his parents, the family consists of four brothers and a sister. He worked in a wood shop near Kalyanpuri bus terminal. Police officer said that information about the youth being stabbed was received on Sunday morning. Police admitted him to a nearby hospital, from where he was referred to GTB Hospital. Both the attackers have been identified as Poli and Chandu.
His brother Rajnish told the police that wood had arrived at the shop on Saturday night. Rohit came home at four in the morning after keeping the wood in the shop. Then at 10:30 in the morning he was going to the public toilet. On the way, three to four attackers surrounded him. After beating him, the attackers stabbed him in the leg. He fell down on the spot after being stabbed. After that, the accused crushed his head with a stone and fled from there.
