You can follow these steps to update Aadhaar card for free.  First of all you have to go to Google and go to the official website of UIDAI uidai.gov.in (UIDAI).

After this, you can click on whatever information you want to update here. For example, if you want to update your mobile number, then you can select that option.

After this you can register through the OTP received on the mobile number. After this a new window will open in which you will have to click on the option of document update.

Update your details by going to document update, after this upload the proof of address document and identity.

After uploading the details and documents, click on the submit button, after this you will be sent a 14 digit update request on your registered mobile number.

With this number you can track your Aadhaar update request. Whenever your Aadhaar card is updated, you will get a message from UIDAI.
