In fact, UIDAI has launched a new AI/ML based chatbot which will be available on the website for 24 hours and 7 days free of cost to serve the people. You can do many things like your complaint, Aadhaar card status etc. on the chatbot. UIDAI has shared this information through a tweet.

what questions can you ask
On the UIDAI website, you will find an Aadhaar chatbot, from which you can ask questions on all topics related to Aadhaar. It is available in both Hindi and English language. You can ask the chatbot where to enroll, how to update Aadhaar, how to download it, what is offline e-KYC and what can be the best finger. The chatbot will give you the answers to all the questions in seconds.
To ask any question, first of all you go to the website of UID.
Now on the home page, you have to click on ‘Ask Aadhaar’ on the left side and type your question by clicking on Get Started here.
