In Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, the accused are not returning the money after borrowing Rs 24.85 lakh. They are threatening to kill the victim if he asks for the money back. They are plotting to implicate him in a false case. The victim has sent a letter to the Chief Minister, Director General of Police, Superintendent of Police Mainpuri demanding action and filing of a complaint.

The case is of Jaisinghpur village of Kurra police station area. Village resident Rajesh Kumar said that currently he is living in the city’s Awas Vikas Colony. Two people from the same village have misled him and borrowed Rs 24.85 lakh from him in the name of business. Those people are not returning the money.

Rajesh said that a case of breach of trust has been registered in Kurra police station. Since then, the accused and his associates have been plotting to kill him. They even attacked him but he somehow managed to escape. A false case was also registered against him, which was closed by the police after investigation.

Now the accused are threatening to kill him over the phone. A woman was also made to call him. A conspiracy is being hatched to implicate him in a false case. The victim has also provided the audio of the threats to the police. He has demanded from the SP to register a case and take action against the accused.
