Ingredients for making Pickle Paratha

Green chillies – 2-3 finely chopped
Pickle masala – 2 teaspoons
Flour – 3-4 cups
Ghee or oil – 3-4 teaspoons
Boiled potatoes – 2 for stuffing
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – finely chopped

How to make Pickle Paratha

To make Achari Paratha, first separate the remaining spices of mango or chilli pickle. After this, knead the dough. Keep in mind that knead the dough a little loosely. By doing this, the parathas are made better. Now peel the boiled potatoes and mash them. After this, add green chillies, coriander leaves, coriander powder and garam masala to the potatoes and mix well. Now fill this mixture in the dough ball and then roll it in the same way as you roll potato paratha.

Now you have to apply pickle masala on it. After doing this, bake the paratha in the same way as you usually bake it. You can bake it with the help of ghee or oil. After this, take it out in a tray. In this way your tasty paratha is ready. Now you can serve hot achari paratha with chutney or curd.
