In the month of January, during the festival of New Year and Makar Sakranti, people prepare dishes from their new crops. Which includes peel roti and pitha. Make peel roti like this
He further said that because of the quick preparation of peel roti, people like it very much. To make this, first of all new rice is kept to soak overnight. Then the puffed rice is ground and a thin batter is made. Then light mustard oil is applied on a hot thick iron pan or non-stick pan. So that this batter does not stick. Then the batter is poured on the pan. After the roti is cooked well on the tawa, it is removed from the tawa and kept to cool. Then you can fold it and store it or serve it.
