The plot to capture the land situated in Bodla of Tajnagari Agra was hatched. The administration team is investigating its ownership rights and other documents. On Saturday, statements of victim Ravi Kushwaha were recorded in the ADM administration office. The victim says that the deed of land has been transferred to the name of another person, whereas the land has not been sold to anyone.
Ravi Kushwaha, resident of Sardar Tahal Singh’s Bara of Bodla, said in the statement that he supports his family by selling Kulfi. About 4 bighas of land belongs to Sardar Tahal Singh. In this, Sardar Tahal Singh used to run a casting factory.
After the death of Sardar Tahal Singh in March 2008, this land was registered in the name of his son Jasvir Singh. Jasveer Singh’s wife is Uma Devi. His father Dinanath Kushwaha worked with Sardar Tahal Singh. Being his confidants, the entire family lives in this enclosure.
After his father’s death, he lives with his family in rooms built in a barn. Besides, auto owners have built a garage on rent on the vacant land of the enclosure. District President of Kushwaha Mahasabha, Premchand Kushwaha said that there should be an investigation as to who got the deed of land done in the name of Pranshu Yadav. ADM (Administration) Ajay Kumar Singh is investigating this matter.
