After B.Tech, Graduate Panipuri Wali has entered the market. Two friends Sandhya and Anshu have started Graduate Pani Puri in front of Garga Pul in Chas, Bokaro. Apart from pani puri charts, sandwiches are also sold at their stall.
Sandhya and Anshu told that they both live in Gujarat Colony of Chas. After completing her graduation from college in the year 2019, Sandhya used to work in a cloth shop. At the same time, Anshu has also worked as a BPO telecaller in Ranchi. After some time both the friends decided to do business together and started Graduate Pani Puri Stall.
Five panipuris are available for 10 rupees
Pani Puri stall operator Sandhya told that she belongs to a simple family. His father works as a laborer in a plywood factory. For the financial help of the house, he thought of starting his own business and started a pani puri stall. Special 3 flavored pani puris are available at their pani puri stall. In which the customer gets tamarind, mint and hajma flavored water. Here customers get five panipuris for 10 rupees.

Regarding the method of making Panipuri, Sandhya told that she wakes up every morning at 4:00 a.m. and prepares the dough for Gupchup and Papdi first by kneading it. Then to make Chole, peas are soaked in the night and in the morning it is cooked well and served to the customer. Anshu told that initially the family members had raised questions but now they are fully supporting in the work. Everyday 100 to 150 plates are secretly sold at his shop. Their stall operates daily from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Madhav, a customer who came to eat secretly at the stall, told that nowadays there is a lot of struggle among the youth for jobs. In such a situation, standing on your own feet and starting your own business is a big deal.
