After a collision with a truck near Rampura culvert on the National Highway in Fatehganj East area of Bareilly, the bus collided with the culvert and hung in the air. There was screams as soon as the accident happened. 45 passengers and the driver and conductor of the bus had a narrow escape. After the accident, everyone was seated in other buses and sent to their destination. No one was seriously injured.
The bus from Bareilly depot was going towards Shahjahanpur with 45 passengers. As soon as the bus reached Rampura bridge, it was hit by a truck coming from behind. The bus went out of control after being hit by a truck and hung in the air after hitting a culvert. There was screaming among the passengers after the accident. 47 people’s breathing stopped.
With the help of local people, the passengers were taken out of the bus. Driver Shakeel said that no one was seriously injured in the accident. The passengers were sent to their destination in other buses. Operator Dharampal informed about the accident on dial 112. On receiving information, the police caught the truck driver who was running away after the collision.
