After food van… Dhaba opened in lockdown, now famous here is 4 feet dosa, one and a half feet paratha

Anil Rathi / Faridabad: Everyone is fond of food and drink, but cooking delicious food and feeding others is an art. This art wins the hearts of people and this art takes people from the ground to the sky. Deepak Tewatia’s journey from food van to luxury dhaba is a living example of this. This journey is also special because when restaurants and dhabas were closed after Corona in the world, Deepak started his dhaba.

Deepak started his business in Faridabad about 6 years ago with a food van. Told, in the days of youth where the youth show more interest in traveling, in those days he worked hard to run the food van, but the work had to be stopped due to Corona. While on the one hand people’s businesses were shutting down in the lockdown, then he started this dhaba. The amount of love people had given to the food van, they are now giving the same amount of love to the food made at the dhaba.

4 feet dosa and one and a half feet paratha
There is one more specialty of Deepak’s dhaba, due to which food bloggers from all over the country keep coming to his dhaba. The 4 feet dosa and one and a half feet paratha available at Deepak’s Amber Dhaba is very tasty. People specially come here from far and wide to eat these two special dishes. Talking about the price, the price of one dosa of 4 feet has been kept at ₹ 300, which is full money. Because 3-4 people can eat this dosa of Rs.300 comfortably. On the other hand, two people can comfortably fill their stomach by eating one and a half feet paratha.

Famous for struggle and taste
According to Deepak, in his life of 9 years of struggle, he has now reached such a point where people know him for his struggle and taste. From the decoration of this dhaba to the menu, everything has been done by Deepak himself. Deepak says that now all he wants is to maintain the faith of the people in the taste of his dhaba and take Amber Dhaba to a higher level.
