Bholaa Box Office Collection Prediction: Bollywood star Ajay Devgn on Monday said that he is hopeful that his upcoming film “Bhola” will do well at the box office. He said that he is hopeful that Bhola will maintain the momentum Shahrukh Khan’s Pathan has given to the box office. Bhola is a remake of the superhit film
Ajay Devgn’s ‘Bhola’ is the Hindi remake of the Tamil hit ‘Kaithi’, which was written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The story revolves around an ex-convict (Karthi) who decides to meet his daughter for the first time after his release from jail, but comes face-to-face between the police and the drug mafia.
The film is a family entertainer
Ajay Devgan says that Bhola is a family entertainer, which the audience can watch with the whole family. He said, “If you do action without any reason, there will be no reaction to it no matter how good the action is… I don’t think that when emotions are concerned there is a difference between mass and family audiences. There is a difference. Feelings are universal, like the feeling a father and a mother have for their children.”
As an artist, Devgn said the idea is to “create something new”. He said, “In this film and Shivaay (his 2016 directorial debut), there are shots that you don’t know how they were taken. It’s a whole process but the idea is to keep it stylized, keep it Indian and not westernize it.” Apart from Ajay Devgan, Tabu will also be seen in the lead role in the film. The film will be released at the box office on 30 March.
