India-Pakistan Relation: The government of Pakistan has given a written reply in the National Assembly on relations with India. Pakistan Government’s Foreign Minister and Deputy PM Ishaq Dar said, Pakistan is in favor of better relations with India. Reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to friendly relations with India, Ishaq Dar said, the government wants to take every step that improves India-Pakistan relations. He said that Pakistan wants to resolve the issue of Jammu and Kashmir which is becoming a hindrance through talks. Actually, the session of the National Assembly of Pakistan is going on, in which the Pakistan Government was questioned on the relations with India.
Ishaq Dar said that some such actions have been taken recently by India, which have harmed the relations between the two countries. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister expressed concern over recent Indian actions hampering India-Pakistan relations, especially India’s active role in terrorist activities in Pakistani territory. He has urged India to take constructive steps for peaceful talks. Actually, after the recent incidents in PoK, the government of Pakistan has been shaken. Recently the Prime Minister of Pakistan visited PoK. Apart from this, Ishaq Dar has visited China and requested for help from China on the issue of Kashmir.
Pakistani businessmen want business from India
Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has earlier also advocated for better relations with India. Dar had said some time ago that Pakistan is considering restarting the trade relations between India and Pakistan which were closed since 2019. Adopting a diplomatic stance with India, Dar had said that Pakistani businessmen are willing to resume trade with India. In such a situation, the government of Pakistan is taking seriously the matters of restoring relations with India.
