Samajwadi Party has demanded seats in Maharashtra and Haryana. Assembly elections are to be held in both these states this year. SP believes that Congress should give them some seats in both these states and should also follow coalition dharma. Only after this, giving seats to Congress in UP will be considered.

On this whole issue, SP spokesperson Fakhrul Hasan Chand said that SP wants to get seats in Maharashtra and Haryana in the All India Alliance. SP says that if some seats have been given to Congress in UP, then they should also get seats in Maharashtra and Haryana, like they got one seat in Madhya Pradesh.

On this, Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput has said that the alliance of Congress and SP has been formed on the basis of issues. He said that our alliance has been formed on issues, caste census, constitution and schemes like Agniveer. He said that our alliance will continue in future as well and India Alliance will fully discharge the role of elder brother.
