DM suspended Panchayat Secretary Mahesh Chandra Sharma for not collecting sanitation fees from houses and commercial establishments on time and not collecting garbage properly. He has instructed the CDO to prepare a proposal for compulsory retirement and examine the amount spent.

On October 18, along with CDO Prakhar Kumar Singh, he also visited Upper Primary School Dhanipur, ABSA Office Dhanipur, Primary School and Anganwadi Center Nagla Risaldar, Multipurpose Rural Cooperative Society Julupur Sihar, Panchayat Secretariat Kamalpur, Nutritional Production Unit Bauner and Cow Shelter Moosepur Jalal. Inspected. During this, he visited the villages and got information about garbage collection and cleanliness.
During the inspection of Upper Primary School, Dhanipur, only 155 students were found present against 299 registered students. The DM gave instructions to keep the filth found near the drinking water tank here clean. During surprise inspection of ABSA office Dhanipur, Block Education Officer Ramshankar Kuril was found absent. Instructions were given to return the Class IV employees attached to the ABSA office to their place of posting.
