Inspector General of Police, Aligarh Zone, Shalabh Mathur reached the Reserve Police Line located at Mendu Road on 6 February and inspected the parade and police line. Here the IG took the salute of the parade. He rewarded some police personnel for better turn out. After this the IG inspected the police office and Kotwali Sadar. Inspected the armory and weapons in the police station. Took information about the use of weapons from the inspector in charge.

IG Shalabh Mathur inspected the dog squad, drone cameras etc. present in the parade and gave necessary directions to the concerned. The IG inspected the Police Line residential complex and gave instructions to maintain proper cleanliness here. IG inspected the quarter guard. The IG also inspected the police office. Took stock of the branches located at Police Office, Reader’s Office, Head Clerk’s Office, Statistics Branch, DCRB Branch, Public Information Cell, Special Investigation Cell Branch, Monitoring Cell, Record Room, IGRS Cell, Human Rights Cell, Writ Cell, Public Grievance Cell etc. Checked the maintenance of records.

IG conducted annual inspection of Kotwali Sadar. Here also the guard saluted. He checked various records/registers of the office and saw the status of maintenance of the records.
